Today starts the new chinese year, the year of the Rat. But personally I like to call it the year of the Rat-atouille :PAfter the "Ratatouille" movie last year, everyone knows Disney's second most famous rat.... right after Mickey (ok, ok ... one is a mouse and the other is a rat) :P
Anyway, our friend Rémy (no, the rat's name isn't Ratatouille) wishes you all a wealthy new chinese year.
But remember... if you drink, don't drive :P
With all this ratatouille talk, now I feel like eating a good provençal ratatouille... hmmmm :P
This traditional dish is originated from Nice and that's why it's full name is ratatouille niçoise. The word comes from "touiller," which means to toss food.
